Hsieh employs an auto-tagging algorithm to automatically categorize complete feedback by type e.g issue, suggestion, feature request, etc. and further classify it into relevant categories. The system tags both entire feedback items and specific portions that pertain to different teams.
Granular tagging
Hsieh’s algorithm can tag the entire feedback with relevant labels. It can also identify and tag specific sections of the feedback that pertain to different teams or areas, enabling more precise distribution.
